New building facility to allow for the expansion of R&D and product line capabilities

April 5th 2012 – Schenectady, NY – Starfire Systems, Inc. (www.starfiresystems.com), a leader in Polymer-to-Ceramic™ technology, announced today the purchase of a new facility in Glenville, New York. The company intends to utilize this facility to significantly expand its research and development capability and ramp up its production capacity.

“The purchase of this new facility marks a significant milestone for the Company,” said CEO, David Devor. “We have seen tremendous growth over the past few years that has allowed us to seize this exciting opportunity to expand into a state-of-the-art facility that will spur even greater growth in our capabilities. We are beginning the process of retrofitting the new building, to create a high tech laboratory that will allow for the development of a significant research and development program. As more of our customers reach commercialization on a number of products, this facility will provide us the capacity to meet near and mid-term market needs.”

The Company is on track to complete the renovation of the facility by the end of the year.
